Florio Perrucci adds two name partners

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Cappelli has become Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC.

Brian Tipton and Lester Taylor are now name partners.

Tipton is the firm’s managing partner and chairs the firm’s litigation group. Lester Taylor co-chairs the firm’s education law practice group.

The name change signifies the firm’s appreciation for its history along with its maturity, growth and vision for the future, according to the firm.

Tipton has extensive experience in complex business, commercial, construction and public contract law matters; and represents clients in matters involving commercial real estate, redevelopment and land use matters. He’s been the mayor of Harmony Township for 13 years, and is licensed in both federal and state courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Taylor represents counties, municipalities and boards of education in matters related to general counsel services, special education, litigation, labor, employment and redevelopment. He served as mayor of the City of East Orange from 2014 to 2017. He currently serves on the board of the Three Doctors Foundation, the United Way of Essex and West Hudson counties, Sustainable Jersey, and Jersey Water Works.

The firm has New Jersey offices in Cherry Hill and Rochelle Park in addition to locations in Pennsylvania and New York.
