Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Fader announces restructuring, name change

The firm was founded by former New Jersey Gov. James J. Florio and Michael J. Perrucci in 1996 and then added two partners over the years, Douglas J. Steinhart and Paul T. Fader.

As part of the restructuring, Fader will no longer be associated with the firm. The firm’s new name, Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt and Cappelli, will include partner Lou Cappelli, Jr., Camden County Freeholder Director, who joined the firm in 2007.

Cappelli has been practicing law for 30 years and has extensive experience in education, governmental and regulatory affairs, labor, lobbying, real estate, family and personal injury law. He’s recognized statewide for his efforts in fighting the opioid addiction crisis, the firm said.
