The Flynn Co. announces recent transactions

The Flynn Co. announced it leased 34,000 square feet of freezer/cooler space on a long-term basis for manufacturing and distribution to Severino Pasta.

Severino, a family owned pasta maker based in Haddon Township, has been making and distributing homemade pasta to the tri-state area for over 45 years.

The property consists of an approximately 65,000-square-foot industrial building on 5.01 acres at 600 Highland Drive in Westampton in the Highland Business Park.

It has convenient access to a highway network including I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Tony Rod and David Ricci of The Flynn Co. represented the property owner, Bailard, in the transaction.

Another transaction reported by Philadelphia-based The Flynn Co. was the sale of a 52,000-square-foot industrial building to the Township of Moorestown.

Flynn said it represented the seller, Big NJ Portfolio LP, an affiliate of Brennan Investment Group, in the sale of 1245 N. Church St. which is situated in the 133-acre Moorestown West Corporate Center.

The building is partially leased to the township for their police station and is considered a mission critical facility.

Ricci and Rod served as the seller’s brokers in the transaction.
