The Flynn Co. announced it was successful in selling 3.8 acres in Cherry Hill, with plans to construct an Alzheimer Special Care Center at the site.

Located at 850 Evesham Road, the buyer, Cherry Hill Care Group LLC, plans to build an approximately 35,000-square-foot facility for Alzheimer care patients.

The property is located directly off Route 73 and situated at the borders of Marlton, Voorhees and Cherry Hill. Cindy Weiner of The Flynn Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

There is an additional 11 acres available for sale at the site for development opportunities.
