Latest sale marks the firm's third transaction at the location since December 2018

The Flynn Co. of Philadelphia announced it recently represented the seller in the sale of 551 Midatlantic Parkway in West Deptford.
The 50,000-square-foot industrial building marks the third property transaction The Flynn Co. has brokered in MidAtlantic Corporate Center since December of 2018.
Vacant at the time of sale, the buyer, a Pennsylvania based mechanical distribution company, will utilize the building as its new headquarters.
The former commercial printing facility uniquely offered 3000 amps of power and 125 spots for car parking, as well as the location and access amenities Mid-
Atlantic Corporate Center provides.
David Ricci and Tony Rod represented the seller and Kevin Hagenberg of SSH Real Estate represented the buyer.
