Bussel said Tuesday in a news release that a company called ACMY has purchased 4100 New Brunswick Ave. for $7.85 million from AK Piscataway Associates LP. The property will house the operations of the Trans-Packers Services Corp. business, which is currently based in Brooklyn.
Two Bussel senior vice presidents, David Blitt and Robert Sager, represented ACMY in the transaction.
“After a two-year property search, the Piscataway site was identified as a suitable relocation alternative,” Blitt said in a prepared statement. “ACMY will be relocating their New York City manufacturing operations. We assisted ACMY in assembling a relocation team that included experts advising on potential state incentives.”
The building on New Brunswick Avenue is near Exit 5 off Interstate 287, and features 17- to 24-foot ceiling heights, office space, parking and loading docks.
