The development firm, along with CB New Homes, the community’s exclusive sales agent, enacted the measures to allow prospects to safely tour homes and the neighborhood and to alleviate some of the concerns associated with COVID-19.
While the community’s sales gallery is open with sales representatives available to engage with buyers, the in-person private tour process has been adjusted to comply with recommended social distancing guidelines. Additionally, there is an increased frequency of cleanings in the models and their high touch surfaces.
On-site visitors are provided exclusive access to new Officer’s Row models at East Gate, including a fully-decorated three-bedroom, single-family attached home and a vignetted single-family detached residence. Officer’s Row, the final housing section at East Gate, is a limited offering of eight detached and attached single-family homes. Homes in Officer’s Row are situated in some of the most desirable community locations with water views of Parker’s Creek.
In all, East Gate features 68 townhomes, duplexes and single-family residences created in fully-restored century-old Officer’s Housing at Fort Monmouth. Seventy percent of the homes at the community are occupied, which has transitioned East Gate into an active neighborhood.
East Gate itself is situated minutes from popular New Jersey beaches and the banks of the Shrewsbury River, and is in proximity to the entertainment, dining and culture of Red Bank and Asbury Park.
Commuters will enjoy the location just two miles from New Jersey Transit’s Little Silver Train Station, which provides direct service to Manhattan, as well as easy access to major highways including Routes 35, 36, 18 and the Garden State Parkway.
