Three partners and one associate from the Law Offices of Shivers, Gosnay & Greatrex LLC have joined Hill Wallack LLP in Cherry Hill in the firm’s community associations group.
Gregg Shivers and George Greatrex join as partners, and Don Gosnay as of counsel. Jennifer Webb joins as an associate.
Their areas of practice include mesothelioma and asbestos litigation, general personal injury claims, consumer protection and representation of condominium and homeowner associations.
Much of Greatrex’s 30-year legal career has focused on community association law in New Jersey, representing all forms of common interest communities, including condominiums, townhomes, and single-family detached homes.
Shivers and Greatrex together have represented more than 230 associations, according to Hill Wallack. In addition to focusing on community associations, Shivers is a civil trial attorney certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and handles complex litigation including asbestos, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
Gosnay has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts with clients from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, New York and Maine. He brings expertise in asbestos exposure, which is a new area for Hill Wallack, according to the firm. Webb’s practice focuses on the representation of community associations, collections, daily operations, the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulations, and fair housing compliance.
