HFF represented seller Somerset Properties and acquired the buyer, Mobius. HFF also arranged a 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan through Wells Fargo Bank on behalf of Mobius.
Part of a broader redirection from multifamily properties, the $31.4 million sale is the inaugural purchase in the office-sector for Mobius. CBRE will manage the properties and Somerset Properties will be retained to oversee leasing.
Current tenants at the 94 percent leased properties include Liberty Mutual, TD Bank and Virtua.
