According to the announcement, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property at Heights Plaza, negotiated the transaction in-house. Fujikin of America was a long-time tenant at an Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ industrial building in Little Ferry but sought a new location because it no longer needs warehouse space. Headquartered in California, Fujikin of America manufactures fluid and gas automatic control equipment, specializing control units, and ultra-high purity valves and fittings. Founded in 1930, the company’s products are used throughout the semiconductor, aerospace, industrial and biopharmaceutical industries.
