Partners Fields Grade and Slokker Group on Wednesday took the wraps off the The Mint’s professionally-decorated recreation and social spaces in the five-story, 116-home luxury rental building in downtown Rahway.

The Mint’s full suite of indoor amenities include a welcoming lobby with transit screen and communal workspace, residents-only clubhouse, a lounge with a billiards table and work cubes, a fully-equipped fitness center with a yoga room and fitness on demand, and a dog wash room.

The unveiling coincides with the official launch of its website at www.themintrahway.com, providing an online destination for renters to obtain detailed information about homes and lifestyles within the community.

Exclusively marketed and leased through The Marketing Directors, The Mint, has opened leasing for its mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes with furnished models and an on-site leasing center.

“This amenity package compliments what might be The Mint’s greatest convenience, its outstanding commuter friendly location in downtown Rahway,” says Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors.

Located at 81 Monroe St., the property is a short walk from Main Street and the commuter-friendly location is just steps from New Jersey Transit’s Rahway station—the only terminal allowing travelers access to both the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast routes.

The Mint was designed by architect Minno Wasko.
