New York law firm Fullerton Beck LLP opened its first New Jersey office in Red Bank.
Insurance coverage attorney Verne Pedro will manage the location. According to firm co-founder Katrine Beck, the practice’s hopes to expand into New Jersey in 2020 were contingent upon finding the right attorney to manage the office.
“Verne checks all the boxes. He is an established insurance coverage attorney with a winning track record. We are thrilled to have him on board to help us grow our existing relationships with insurance companies and to be on the ground in New Jersey, which our clients have been asking for since we founded the firm nearly two years ago,” Beck said in a prepared statement.
Pedro has nearly two decades of experience handling significant first- and third-party insurance coverage issues and counseling clients on their insurance assets, policies, and risk transfer strategies.
His clients include insurance carriers and captive insurers on insurance coverage matters involving property damage, construction defects, environmental, title insurance, personal injury, additional insureds, errors and omissions, Bermuda form policies, professional liability, and others.
Pedro is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
The new office is located at 331 Newman Springs Road, Building 1, 4th floor, Suite 143 in Red Bank.
