Litigation firm Fullerton Beck LLP promoted Verne Pedro, who manages its Red Bank office, to partner.
White Plains, N.Y. firm-wide managing partner Eileen Fullerton said in a July 28 announcement that Pedro exemplifies the culture at Fullerton Beck and that “clients trust [his] advice and counsel, and [his] colleagues appreciate [his] guidance and support on matters of all kinds.”
Pedro joined the firm in 2020 to establish and manage Fullerton Beck’s Red Bank office. For nearly 30 years, his legal practice has focused on handling significant first- and third-party insurance coverage issues and helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance assets, policies, and risk transfer strategies.

At the time, firm co-founder Katrine Beck said Pedro “checks all the boxes. He is an established insurance coverage attorney with a winning track record. We are thrilled to have him on board to help us grow our existing relationships with insurance companies and to be on the ground in New Jersey, which our clients have been asking for since we founded the firm nearly two years ago.”
Pedro represents insurance carriers and captive insurers on coverage matters involving property damage, construction defects, environmental, title insurance, personal injury, additional insureds, errors and omissions, Bermuda form policies, professional liability, and others.
Many of his first-party matters encompass losses as a result of incidents including natural disasters, fire, computer data loss, broker negligence and declaratory judgment actions. Additionally, he has handled bankruptcy-related insurance coverage issues and cyber breaches.
Pedro is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
