Georgian Court University is starting the Center for Professional Studies in January 2020 with more than 100 offerings, including courses, certification programs and customized corporate training options to fill business needs.
Courses will be available online and on the school’s Lakewood campus. Programs cover dozens of topics in allied health, business, communication, human resources, information technology, logistics and supply chain expertise, social work and personal interest.
The center will also include arts and culture offerings from the university’s McAuley Community Center, which used to print educational, enrichment and entertainment programs in Mosaic, a semi-annual publication.
The Catholic institution said registration is open now for anyone who wants to learn new skills and for employers who want to provide workforce training.
