Peter Frazza, Allen Harris and Christopher Anton have joined the commercial and criminal litigation department of Gibbons PC in Newark.
All three joined from Short Hills’ Budd Larner PC, which is in the process of closing.
Frazza joins as a director and will expand the firm’s software licensing and software as a service (SaaS) practice. He will represent clients in software-related matters such as negotiation, drafting and preparation of software license, hardware, software development, maintenance and service agreements; disputes involving software, copyright, intellectual property and license agreement issues; fulfillment of software audit requests from software vendors and the Business Software Alliance; creation of licensees’ RFPs, RFIs and statements of work.
Harris joins as a director as well, and will handle commercial litigation matters involving contracts, business disputes, real estate, professional negligence and other issues. His experience includes defending clients in matters involving personal injury and property damage and is often selected to serve as an arbitrator in uninsured and under-insured motorist arbitration.
Anton joins as counsel and will represent corporations and other business entities and individuals in a broad variety of matters involving complex business and financial transactions throughout the state and federal courts and in private arbitrations. He will also help grow the firm’s software licensing and SaaS practice.
