The Goldstein Group announced multiple restaurant deals throughout New Jersey.
The Paramus-based group’s president Chuck Lanyard said the retail real estate services provider currently represents numerous national, regional and local retailers, including various restaurants, on an exclusive or preferred basis throughout the Garden State and metropolitan New York area.
Most recently, Dunkin Donuts and Jersey Mike’s leased 2,300 square feet at 475 High Mountain Road in North Haledon in a deal brokered by Executive Vice President Marc Palestina and Sales Associate Roy Paret, representing the landlord, and Overlook Properties LLC representing the tenants.
Hook & Reel Restaurant took 4,200 square feet in Elmwood Park Shopping Center at 100 Broadway in Elmwood Park. The lease was brokered by Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein, representing the landlord, RD Elmwood Associates LP. Stephan Miller of Welco Realty represented the tenant.
Mamoun’s Falafel leased 2,000 square feet space at Rutherford Commons at 150 Route 17 in East Rutherford. The deal was brokered by Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter, who represented the landlord, Urban Edge, in conjunction with Gary Krauss from Pierson Real Estate who represented the tenant.
Popeye’s leased 2,400 square feet at 345 Essex St. in Hackensack in a deal brokered by Director Chris Conway and Sales Associate Patrick Brake III for The Goldstein Group, who represented the tenant, in conjunction with James Malki of J. Michaels Realty who represented the landlord, Prtaik & Priti LLC.
Slim Chickens leased a former Roy Rogers at 39 Route 31 in Flemington. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant space transaction was brokered by Finkelstein, Huter and Conway, who represented the landlord, Flemington FC LLC. Palestina represented the tenant, Slim Chickens – Jersey Boyz Management.
Brothers BBQ leased a former 8,000-square-foot Macaroni Grill restaurant at 900 Route 17 in Ramsey. Lanyard and Palestina represented both parties.
Harlees Tap & Grill leased 3,584 square feet at Village Shopping Center at 1260 Springfield Ave. in New Providence. Huter, Finkelstein and Lanyard represented both parties.
Redd’s Biergarten Restaurant leased 7,372 square feet at 5 Easton Ave. in New Brunswick. The deal was brokered by Huter and Finkelstein, who represented the tenant. Greg Medvin of Pierson Commercial represented the landlord, The Parking Authority of New Brunswick.
Burger King leased a former 3,500-square-foot Taco Bell at 940 Bloomfield Ave. in West Caldwell. Conway and Vice President Rich Curran III represented the tenant. Jason Pierson of Pierson Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Mundelein Development Corp.
