Asbury Park-based GoMo Health, a population health and patient engagement company, announced that it has launched a version of its payer and provider Concierge Care e-PRO patient engagement system for pharmaceutical companies, specialty pharmacies, and hub service providers.
In a statement, GoMo said that the Concierge Care program, named “gammaCARE Text Message Program,” guides patients through the management of migraine and cluster headache pain. Patients receive between one and four messages on their mobile phone per week containing content related to their individual condition. GammaCARE is designed to communicate with existing gammaCore patients, and those who are considering using gammaCore for treatment.
Content sent to patients includes direct access to helpful information that is tailored to their specific needs, such as: personalized lifestyle tips and resources, instructions for use, insurance information, fulfillment and tracking updates, and refill reminders.
Concierge Care is evidence based and has been shown to increase patient activation measures, resiliency, and satisfaction while reducing costs of care, according to GoMo.
