Triangle Home Fashions LLC signed a long-term commitment at 120 Tices Lane in East Brunswick and the company will move from its current space at the Southview Industrial Park.
Greek Development announced the lease for 124,000 square feet of warehouse space on July 8.
The designer, marketer and distributor of home décor products previously occupied a 57,600-square-foot space at 9 Nicholas Court in Dayton, which is managed by East Brunswick-based Greek Development.
120 Tices Lane features three buildings with 202,400 rentable square feet. It has 14 loading docks, five drive-ins, heavy power and 24-foot clear ceiling heights, Greek Development said.
Triangle Home Fashions are marketed under the Lush Décor brand.
