Information technology staffing firm Diversant on Tuesday announced William Grubbs as president of the Red Bank-based firm.
Grubbs was previously a member of Diversant’s advisory board for six years. He brings more than three decades of industry experience with him to the new position.
According to Diversant, Grubbs most recently served as chief executive officer for an unnamed $865 million public health care staffing company. Prior to that, he held the title of chief operating officer for a $2.1 billion North American temporary work agency where he oversaw all field operations, including a $525 million IT staffing division.
Diversant has grown its revenue at a 17 percent compound annual growth rate over the past ten years, Chairman John Goullet said in a release announcing Grubbs’ appointment.
“Because of our success, we are positioned to bring the company to the next level and reach even greater heights,” Goullet said.
Diversant has 14 office locations and over 1,300 professionals working with clients across 46 states.
