With two new shareholders, Haddonfield family law firm Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein PA has changed its name to Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Falkenstein, Roberto & Molotsky PA.
Ronald Lieberman rejoined the firm as a shareholder and Thomas Roberto was promoted from partner to shareholder.
The firm will now be named after its six shareholders: Robert Adinolfi, Lieberman, Julie Burick, Kevin Falkenstein, Roberto, and Drew Molotsky.
“With the addition of Ron and Tom as shareholders, our firm continues to deepen the family law services we provide to south Jersey residents,” said Co-founder and Managing Partner Adinolfi in a statement. “Welcoming Ron back to the firm’s family is a reminder of what good partnerships and decades of experiences can mean for our clients. Additionally, Tom has proven time and again his commitment to making a difference in the lives of people going through divorce or other critical family issues, earning him this well-deserved promotion to shareholder.”
In more than two decades of practice, Lieberman has litigated aspects of family law including property settlement agreements, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, custody, college expenses and counsel fees. He is certified as a matrimonial law attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and he currently serves as the chair-elect of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Roberto focuses his practice on all aspects of family law including alimony, child support, custody and parenting time, equitable distribution, domestic violence, premarital agreements, and adoptions. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the NJSBA and former co-chair of the Young Lawyers Subcommittee.
