Hamilton’s The Hallmark Store at Hamilton Plaza was recently purchased by Norman’s Hallmark, the largest independent Hallmark Crown chain in the United States.

Norman’s plans to expand the specialty retailer and relocate it to a new location within the plaza where it will occupy 7,100 square feet.

Hamilton Plaza is a 175,500-square-foot retail property exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management Corp. (LMC). LMC Senior Leasing Representative Sidney Singer arranged the Norman’s Hallmark lease renewal – which includes moving within the center.

“Hallmark has experienced tremendous, sustained success at this location since opening here in 1991,” Singer said. “The store’s expansion will make the shopping experience inviting for consumers while accommodating a larger assortment of merchandise.”

By expanding the card and specialty retail shop, the store will not only carry Hallmark products but an expansive selection of gift merchandise from major suppliers including Vera Bradley, Yankee Candle, Life is Good, Willow Tree, Jellycat, Mud Pie, Pura Vida and others. The new location also will carry a large selection of candy and gourmet food items.

Situated at the intersection of heavily traveled Route 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road, Hamilton Plaza’s co-tenancy also includes A.C. Moore, Petco, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, Texas Roadhouse, Moe’s Southwest Grill, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Hair Cuttery, and Queen Bee Nail Salon. The center serves a residential population of more than 180,000 people within a five-mile radius. More than 47,000 vehicles pass the center each day.
