The Hampshire Cos. has sold a 60,756-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway to Super Win Enterprises, a nationwide paper and plastics distributor, the developer said Tuesday. The building is located at 81 Kingsbridge Road and sits on five acres near Interstate 287, the Morristown-based firm said in a news release. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
“The building’s versatile layout and the fact that the building was vacant during the time of the sale allowed the buyer to customize the space to best fit their unique needs,” Igor Derbaremdiker, senior investment manager for Hampshire, said in a prepared statement. “The sale of the property enabled us to achieve objective returns on our investment.”
CBRE represented Hampshire in the transaction.
