On the heels of its effort to support employees during the struggles resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is doubling down on its commitment to its team.
While there is no definitive timeline for reopening, Hard Rock Atlantic City is making its commitment to team members and their families a top priority. The Seminole Tribe of Florida, along with Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International and chief executive officer of Seminole Gaming, and partners Jack Morris, Joe and Michael Jingoli approved a $100 ShopRite gift card giveaway to all hourly team members including full-time, part-time, on-call and salary team members who make less than $50,000.00 annually.
This second gift card distribution, which will take place on May 21, represents a $600,000 total commitment.
Hard Rock had its first ShopRite gift card distribution on May 7 and 8, providing $100 to all salary and hourly team members, along with personnel who work on-call shifts and earn less than $50,000.
The company says it received an enormous amount of positive feedback from many team members and their families expressing gratitude and appreciation during this unprecedented time.
