Life Time expands with studio-centric The Shops at Riverside location

The seventh location of Life Time, the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand, is set to open at The Shops at Riverside later this year.

At greater than 15,000 square feet, the destination is designed as a studio-centric space, with six dedicated studios for Pilates, yoga, cycle, barre, small group and group exercise classes, and will also feature Life Time’s luxury dressing rooms and amenities.

The new Bergen County location is the company’s 11th in the greater New York City metro, with four additional Manhattan-based locations planned by the end of 2022 for Midtown, One Wall Street, Park Avenue South and Dumbo.

Life Time at The Shops at Riverside will feature more than 100 of Life Time’s signature group classes each week that accommodates any interest, fitness level and time of day.
