HFF arranges 27.2M construction financing for industrial facility in Woodbridge

HFF announced Monday that it has arranged $27.2 million in construction financing for a 190,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Avenel, Woodbridge Township.According to the announcement, the HFF team of Jim Cadranell, managing director; Jon Mikula, senior managing director; and Michael Lachs, associate director, worked on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture between Advance Realty and F. Greek Development to secure a 24-month construction loan through Wells Fargo.

The property, located at 275 Blair Road, is leased to Preferred Freezer Services, a freezer warehouse operator.

Advanced Realty is a real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Bridgewater. F. Greek Development is a full-service real estate firm located in East Brunswick.
