HFF secures 28M Carteret distribution center refinancing

According to the announcement, HFF senior managing director Jon Mikula and director Michael Klein worked on behalf of The Hampshire Companies to place the five-year, fixed-rate loan with TD Bank. Redeveloped by the borrower in 2012, 200 Milik Street is 100 percent leased. The facility features 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 25 truck loading docks, seven drive-in docks and parking for up to 42 truck trailers.
