The fast casual America and Caribbean cuisine concept will open August 26, the firm said.
“We are beyond excited to be able to bring to the community the same supreme quality of the Hibiscus offerings in a fast casual setting,” Karlene Brandon, owner of Hibiscus, said. “We can’t wait till they taste the food, they are going to love it. We have something for everyone!”
Ripco’s David Townes and Jake Frantzman arranged the lease on behalf of Woodmont Properties for 3,065 square feet at 136 Route 10. Alison Horbach represented the tenant.
Frantzman and Townes will continue to market space at 136 Route 10, Ripco said.
