Hill gets 10.3M in Calif. transportation projects

According to the announcement, the first contract is with the Orange County Transportation Authority and is to manage the 2.5-mile HOV widening of the San Diego Freeway. The second contract is with the City of Fullerton and is to manage the State College grade separation project. The third contract is with the Riverside County Transportation Department and is to manage the Clay Street grade separation project.
