Natural Systems Utilities LLC, a technology infrastructure development company, announced Friday that Jonathan C. Kaledin has joined the company as executive vice president/general counsel.Kaledin joins the Hillsborough-based company with 30 years’ legal and management experience in the water field.
“We are delighted that Jon has joined our senior team as executive vice president/general counsel,” NSU CEO Robert Dixon said in a prepared statement. “He brings a wealth of experience to NSU — regulatory, contractual, negotiating, management, administrative, policy and more — as well as a national reputation within the environmental and business legal community, and he will contribute significantly to NSU’s growth and success in the future.”
In addition to his private-sector experience, he was the assistant regional counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, general counsel for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and New York general counsel for The Nature Conservancy.
