New Brunswick-based law firm Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP has created a cannabis practice group.
The new group is composed of attorneys specializing in other highly-regulated areas, such as employment, corporate, health care, environmental, and real estate law.
Hoagland Longo’s cannabis law attorneys will counsel and educate clients on licensing, the formation of business entities, contract drafting and negotiation, leasing issues, and dispute resolution.
The group is co-chaired by Jennifer Passannante and Michele Haas, both partners at the firm.
