Malcolm McPherson and Peter Oliver have been promoted to partnership at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, headquartered in New Brunswick.
McPherson is a partner in the firm’s general and automobile liability department, where he defends private individuals and commercial entities in matters involving claims of personal injury, automobile and premises liability, insurance coverage and contract/indemnification disputes, and risk management.
Oliver is a partner in the firm’s construction law department, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense, contract actions, design defect, professional malpractice, construction defect, professional liability, and products liability.

McPherson is based in the firm’s Hammonton office, and Oliver practices out of its New Brunswick headquarters.
