According to Hollister, the project – expected to break ground this fall – will include ground-level retail space, a 2,500-square-foot restaurant and lounge, a 1,500-square-foot conference area and a fitness center, in addition to penthouse suites with balconies.
“We are excited and honored to have been selected by Sunstone Hotels Morristown LLC as the construction manager to bring The Cambria Hotel…to reality,” Ray Barker, vice president of residential construction, said in a statement.
Along with Barker, the Hollister project team for the assignment includes: Dana Garfinkel, senior project manager; Jack Cervino, project manager; Frank Caputo, vice president estimating; Hassan Ali, assistant project manager; and Melissa Stewart, project accountant.
NV5 will serve as the owner’s representative on the project, Hollister said, along with JN+A as architect while HVS Design will provide interior design.
Engineering on the hotel will be provided by Whitestone Associates (environmental), Bohler Engineering (civil), and Cagley & Associates (structural), according to Hollister.
