Hub International Northeast Ltd., a subsidiary of Hub International Ltd., added a chief client officer position to its team and named Wendy White as the first to serve in the role.
White will be based out of the insurance brokerage and financial services firm’s Summit office, according to the Sept. 21 hiring announcement. She will be responsible for leading account executive and client management teams within Hub’s Northeast region.
She will also be tasked with helping to drive client retention and growth, enhancing service effectiveness and strengthening talent management, Hub said.
White brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to the role, with a background in sales, service management, operations, acquisitions and office leadership. According to her LinkedIn profile, her past roles include serving as president of USI Insurance Services as well as multiple executive positions at Aon Inpoint.
Along with several philanthropic causes she supports, White is also a member of several professional organizations, including Association of Professional Insurance Women, Executive Women of New Jersey, and Risk & Insurance Management Society.
White – who is a previous NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business honoree, among other industry accolades – earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Rutgers University and is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in New York and New Jersey.
