i.Predictus names new general manager

The company said Carina Pologruto is moving over from sister company Marketsmith Inc. to position i.Predictus for new clients who want to leverage their data for greater return on investment.

“I couldn’t be more excited about this management team,” Monica C. Smith, founder and CEO of i.Predictus, said in a prepared statement. “Carina has been with Marketsmith for nearly 10 years and created historic growth for our clients during that period.”

Pologruto had overseen marketing and client services, as well as the analytics and media teams, for Marketsmith.

The company also said Donald Gallant will also move from Marketsmith to become its vice president, analytics and innovation.

“Donald has the perfect skill set of strategic insight and technological savvy to keep us forward-leaning category leaders,” Smith, who is also chairwoman and CEO of Marketsmith, said.

He had been director of analytics for the sister company.
