Talent cloud company iCIMS has appointed Patrick Bakey chief revenue officer, the company announced Feb. 2
Bakey will lead iCIMS’ global sales organization and all revenue-generating programs.
He joins iCIMS from software company SAP, where he recently served as president and chief revenue officer for SAP Leonardo and Analytics. Prior to 17 years at SAP, Bakey held senior leadership positions with Siebel/Oracle and Xerox.
“As companies across all industries leverage technology to radically transform their businesses, building the very best workforce has evolved from being an important business activity to a strategic imperative,” said Bakey in a prepared statement. “You simply cannot realize the benefits of transformation unless you are simultaneously attracting and enabling the very best talent.”
Bakey joins iCIMS at “a pivotal time,” said CEO Steve Lucas, “when we have the opportunity to enable employers to thrive while they transform their workforces for the new world or work.”
