Vice President of Technology Al Smith said the new opportunities were part of iCIMS being in a “rapidly changing and growing industry.”
“Recruiting is dynamic and complex, yet iCIMS is able to invest in new frontiers like Google for Jobs because the company is healthy, growing and focused exclusively on talent acquisition,” Smith said.
Currently iCIMS Labs, the technology department of the company, houses 136 positions that focus on researching and testing products. The labs are divided into four areas that focus on thought leadership, user experience, security testing and Big Data. The labs’ additional 33 positions will increase the technology department by 24 percent.
