Jersey City janitorial supplies company Imperial Dade acquired East Continental Supplies LLC, its 35th acquisition under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
EC Supplies, headquartered in Miami-Dade County, Fla., is a specialty distributor of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment that has operated out of one facility in Miami for 17 years.
With the addition of this facility, Imperial Dade will operate 81 facilities across the country.
