Based in St. Louis, Garrett Paper is a distributor of foodservice and janitorial products and has been in business for more than 30 years.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Earlier in December, Imperial Dade announced the addition of Nashville’s American Paper & Twine, a leading distributor of janitorial, packaging, food service, safety and office products with 95 years of experience. And in November, the company acquired Nichols Paper & Supply of Norton Shores, Mich., a distributor of janitorial supplies and industrial packaging with 85 years in business and nine locations throughout Michigan [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
