Imperial Dade will acquire the Edison location of Joshen Paper & Packaging.

On Wednesday, disposable food service and janitorial supply distributor Imperial Dade announced it entered a Management Services and Inventory Purchase agreement for the Middlesex County Joshen location, effective immediately.

Per the agreement, Imperial will take over management and operation of the Edison branch for a three month period that will ultimately result in integrating its operations into Imperial’s locations in Jersey City and Bordentown.

“The addition of Joshen’s New Jersey branch represents another step towards creating the nation’s leading provider of foodservice disposables and janitorial supplies and is a good example of our M&A, finance, IT and operational teams’ ability to work together and creatively find solutions to grow our business,” Imperial Dade President Jason Tillis said in a prepared statement.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Joshen distributes janitorial, sanitation, packaging and office supply products.
