Janitorial products supplier Imperial Dade acquired Cosgrove Enterprises Inc. in the firm’s 33rd acquisition under the leadership of CEO and President Robert and Jason Tillis.
Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Miami-based Cosgrove is a janitorial supplies distributor with six facilities across Florida, Georgia and Tennessee and over 40 years of experience.
“Cosgrove’s strong reputation and track record of outstanding customer service make the Company a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform. We enthusiastically welcome the Cosgrove team members to our family” said Robert Tillis in a prepared statement.
With the addition of Cosgrove, the Imperial Dade platform will operate 74 facilities across the nation. By leveraging Imperial Dade’s existing platform in the southeast, Cosgrove customers can a greater offering of products and solutions, according to the acquisition announcement.
