Janitorial and food service supplier Imperial Dade acquired Nichols Paper & Supply of Norton Shores, Mich., bringing the number of acquired companies under brothers Robert and Jason Tillis, chief executive officer and president of Imperial Dade, respectively, to 43.
Nichols is a distributor of janitorial supplies and industrial packaging with 85 years in business and nine locations throughout Michigan.
According to a Nov. 1 announcement, the acquisition of Nichols will significantly strengthen Imperial Dade’s existing presence in the Midwest and help better reach customers coast-to-coast through its roughly 100 facilities.

We are excited for the opportunity to continue to expand our business and offerings to give even better service our customers as part of the Imperial Dade platform” said Mike Olthoff, CEO of Nichols, in a prepared statement.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
