Imperial Dade announces acquisition of NY janitorial distributor

Jersey City-based Imperial Dade Intermediate Holdings LLC announced on Tuesday its 22nd acquisition under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis.

According to the company, the deal involving Port Chester, N.Y.-based Strauss Paper Co. Inc. closed on May 31. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Strauss Paper Co. is a distributor of janitorial and sanitation supplies and equipment serving the New York Tri-State area. Imperial Dade said the acquisition strengthens its position in the territory.
