Disposable foodservice and janitorial supplies company Imperial Dade made its 24th acquisition under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis.
On Monday, Jersey City-based Imperial Dade said it acquired Philip Rosenau Co. Inc. of Warminster, Pa., extending its reach and offerings in the Northeast.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Family-owned and operated Philip Rosenau is a wholesale distributor providing janitorial, sanitation, packaging and disposable foodservice products to customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
“Imperial Dade is a national leader with a strong reputation for providing exceptional service quality, and we are excited to join their family,” said Philip Rosenau President John Rosenau in a prepared statement. “Under Jason and Bob’s leadership, we believe this partnership will strengthen our strong customer and supplier relationships.”
According to Imperial Dade, the company serves more than 40,000 customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
