Jersey City’s Imperial Dade is expanding its presence in Florida, following the Aug. 5 announcement of an acquisition in the Sunshine State.
The addition of Palm Paper Supply marks the 52nd target acquired under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Imperial Dade made its 51st acquisition in Connecticut in June.
“We are fortunate to be able to partner with the exceptional team at Palm Paper,” Robert Tillis said in a statement. “We are excited to begin our partnership in this next stage of growth and offer new and existing customers in the greater Tampa region the same customer service and attention.”
Palm Paper is owned and operated by Kenny Narum and Bob Tait. According to Imperial Dade, the distributor of foodservice and janitorial sanitation products is known for its experienced sales team, range of products and high touch customer service.

According to the company, Imperial Dade currently serves more than 90,000 customers nationwide.
