On the heels of an announcement earlier this week that it was expanding its presence in Texas, Imperial Dade is branching out westward, as well.
On Wednesday, Jersey City-based disposable food service and janitorial supply company Imperial Dade said it acquired American Paper & Plastics Inc. in its 27th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chief executive officer and president of the company, respectively. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“APP’s strong reputation and track record of outstanding customer service make the company a great addition to the Imperial Dade family,” said Robert Tillis in a prepared statement. “We are excited to grow our presence in California and look forward to partnering with Daniel and his team to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business,” Jason Tillis said in a prepared statement.
A food service and janitorial supply distributor, APP has been serving the California market for nearly four decades, Imperial Dade said.
“Imperial Dade’s commitment to customer service aligns well with our own philosophy and values. I am excited for the opportunity to partner with Bob and Jason to further grow our business and better serve our customers as part of the Imperial Dade platform,” Daniel Emrani, owner, operator and chief executive for City of Industry, Calif.-based APP said in a prepared statement.
