Global technology services provider Mindtree Ltd. has moved its U.S. headquarters to a new location in Warren, according to real estate services company Colliers International, which arranged the relocation.Mindtree is leasing 11,529 square feet at 25 Independence Blvd., Colliers said Thursday, on the top floor of a four-story, 106,879-square-foot office building.
“Independence Boulevard is an optimal location for Mindtree given its proximity to local retail and access to major highways,” Michael Tesser, a senior managing director with Colliers International, said in a prepared statement. “The company’s move to this Class A building will provide ample space for growth as they look to increase their overall employee headcount and optimize their U.S. operations.”
Tesser represented the Bangalore, India-based company in the transaction. Colliers said he also has arranged multiple office leases for Mindtree throughout the country during the past 10 years.
William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, Normandy 25 Independence, LLC, in the deal.
