Robert Tomasetta, who created Neptune-based ACC in 1983, will remain with his business as chairman of the board, the company said.
Meanwhile, Michael Blechman, the company’s president for the past 18 years, has been named CEO. In his new role, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and planning, and focus on growth initiatives and overseeing financial management.
“The dynamics of our leadership team are critical to ACC’s continued focus on the customer,” Blechman said in a prepared statement. “We are fortunate to have some of the best and most experienced minds in the industry working together to help our customers strategically use technology to improve the efficiency, quality and compliance of their manufacturing operations.”
Kevin Hannigan, the company’s executive vice president, has been promoted to Blechman’s former role as president. He will now be responsible for all aspects of operations, including defining business development strategy and company initiatives for customer solutions.
Finally, Arlene Weichert has been named executive vice president of sales. She has been manager of sales and marketing, a sales engineer and a product engineer with the company.
