Cushman & Wakefield said May 19 that Nick Kim rejoined the real estate services firm as a managing director in New Jersey.
Kim brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to this role, where he will focus on leveraging the firm’s robust industrial platform to develop and maintain deep relationships with key occupier and investor clients. Kim will be located in the firm’s East Rutherford and Iselin offices.
Kim is experienced in servicing both domestic and multinational clients with a special focus on Asian-based clients. He specializes in tenant representation as well as investment acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of corporations and investors of public and private equities. He brings expertise in strategic planning, transaction management, project coordination, negotiation and development site acquisitions.

Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield, Kim served as managing director at Transwestern for nine years where he recently completed 2.6 million square feet of industrial transactions. Throughout his 25-year career he has worked across two continents, managing millions of square feet of both office and industrial space. Prior to Transwestern, he served as the head of JLL’s Asian Practice Group, working with Fortune 500 companies throughout Asia, and managed $1.2 billion in deals during his tenure.
