IT solutions company SHI International Corp., one of New Jersey’s largest privately held business, announced Tuesday it ended 2016 with $7.56 billion in revenue.The Somerset-based company said its revenue was a 12 percent year-over-year increase.
Domestically, all sales divisions experienced growth, which included 16 percent gain for the corporate in SMB division, 13 percent for public sector and 8 percent in the commercial and strategic enterprise division. Internationally, there was a 22 percent growth in the United Kingdom division.
SHI cited many milestones, including surpassing $7 billion in revenue and having over 3,500 employees each for the first time.

SHI said four of its top 10 partnerships saw double digit growth in 2016, including a 24 percent jump in Cisco revenue and 13 percent boost in Microsoft. The company also noted the opening of its new Integration Center, which doubled its warehousing and hardware capacity.
