The 38-story 351 Marin is set to deliver a luxurious lifestyle in downtown Jersey City.

And the rental building, developed by KRE Group and joint venture partner Northwestern Mutual, is now welcoming tenants, according to a Nov. 11 announcement, with initial occupancy set for Dec. 1.

351 Marin offers 507 residences – a mix of studio, one- and two bedroom apartments – in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District. Monthly rents start from $2,650, with limited time Grand Opening incentives of two months free on a 14-month lease, and three months free on a 26-month lease.

The Market Directors is exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the building, which features an onsite leasing office and three fully furnished model homes.

“We’re excited to introduce 351 Marin to the public in a prime location in Jersey City just steps from the Grove Street PATH station and surrounded by dining, culture and nightlife,” said KRE Group President Jonathan Kushner. “Our residents will be able to easily explore all that the city’s local fabric has to offer while also enjoying an elevated lifestyle at home enriched by a robust amenity offering.”

Lap of luxury

The building was designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects and features a 4,500-square-foot landscaped plaza and free-standing pavilion. Live green walls welcome residents to 351 Marin’s lobby, with a street-level café along Marin Boulevard.

The building offers 24-hour concierge service, onsite parking and bicycle storage.

Homes are decked out with upscale features like 7-inch plank flooring in living areas, in-home washers and dryers, kitchens with GE stainless steel appliances, Kohler bathroom fixtures, and more.

According to The Marketing Directors President Jacqueline Urgo, “The open layouts provide plenty of space for a perfect live/work balance.”

The seventh floor offers a community garden and dog run. Above that on the eighth floor is a 24-hour fitness center, full entertainment kitchen and sitting area, movie screening section, game room and children’s playroom. Alfresco, a resort-style pool, lounge seating, fire pits and grilling stations offer more recreation options.

Up on the 37th floor is the Sky Lounge, featuring coworking space and banquette seating. Outside, a landscaped patio with tiered theater offers view of the Manhattan and Jersey City skylines.

The 351 Marin property is one block from the Grove Street PATH station, nearby commuter ferries with service to lower and Midtown Manhattan and within walking distance of the Hudson Bergen Light Rail system.
